Wool
A Natural Choice for every flooring requirement

Wool, the premiere carpet fiber, comes in a multitude of patterns, textures and colors to satisfy any discriminating palette. It is the performance carpet of a lifetime that will be sure to make a house a home.

Whatever your carpet needs are, wool will be sure to please every decorating room scheme and add a world of integrity to any home.

What is it that makes wool so good?

  • It recovers from crushing because it has a natural permanent crimp that provides superior natural texture and great resilience especially under furniture and in living areas.
  • It resists soiling and is very easy to clean because of a scaly outer surface which keeps dirt high In the pile of the carpet, making vacuuming much easier.
  • Wool wears well and maintains its look aesthetically for the life of the carpet.
  • It is comfortable to live with because it rejects static electricity buildup and can absorb moisture in humid conditions. It also releases moisture as the air dries out.
  • Wool is safe because it is naturally flame retardant and won't melt. It is environmentally friendly since it is a renewable resource and biodegradable.
  • Another reason for wool - it is cozy and inviting because its natural textural quality and ability to keep you wonderfully warm in winter and cool in summer can't be beat by any other fiber on the market!

Cut Pile

Cut pile is a smooth, classic finish often known as "velour" or "velvet" pile, ideal for bringing a luxurious and sensual feel to rooms. The tops of the loops of wool are cut and the yarn slightly twisted to produce tufts of yarn that stand upright and produce a smooth, even surface.

Hard Twist

The hard wearing texture minimizes tracking (footprints), shading (irregular light and dark areas in the pile) and fluffing, making it a very popular, practical carpet.
